
Toni Smith teaches the K-2 Guidance Lessons for Rossview Elementary. She has been in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System for 29 years. Toni received her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from APSU, a Master's degree in Instructional Effectiveness from Trevecca Nazarene University, and a Master's degree in School Counseling from the University of West Alabama.

Welcome! My name is Alisha Herndon and I am a licensed school counselor certified to work with students in grades K-5. I am originally from Clarksville, TN, born and raised. I graduated from Mid-Continent University in May 2013 with my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. I was a classroom teacher for six years prior to obtaining my Master’s Degree in School Counseling in December of 2018. As a school counselor I will meet with students individually, in small groups, and in the classroom to work on social emotional needs. I look forward to creating a safe and positive environment for all students!

Hello, my name is Amanda Aguirre. I am the Military Family Life Counselor here at Rossview Elementary. The Military and Family Life Counseling Program supports service members, their families and survivors with non-medical counseling. As a military and family life counselor, I provide support to military children for a variety of issues, including low self-esteem, behavioral problems, changes at home, and military social groups.
